Shanghai Mars Industrial Co., Ltd. is a process engineering company in Shanghai. We develop, design and manufacture equipment for liquid and food processing, and deliver complete turnkey plants — R&D, process design, manufacturing, installation, commissioning and training.
What we work on
Our main field is dairy: lines for pasteurized milk, UHT milk, flavoured milk, yogurt, cheese, butter and cream, with capacities from small pilot plants to large industrial installations. The same engineering base serves fruit and vegetable juice, tomato paste, plant-based milk, beverages, meat and bone extraction, eggs, and fermentation for pharmaceutical and fine-chemical customers.
We build the individual machines that make up those lines — stainless-steel tanks, pasteurizers and sterilizers, CIP systems, evaporators and degassers, fruit washers, sorters, crushers and pulpers — so every project is engineered as one system rather than assembled from unrelated suppliers.
