Soy, almond and coconut milk lines: soaking, grinding, separation, cooking, homogenising and UHT.

Plant-based milk lines soak and wet-grind the raw material, separate the fibre (okara or press cake), cook and deodorise the base, then standardise, homogenise and heat-treat it for pasteurised or long-life UHT products.
Our soy milk plants range from small fresh-milk units to UHT lines rated in thousands of litres per hour, with full-automatic CIP. The same principles apply to almond, coconut and other nut and grain drinks.
Commonly 6–10 litres of soy milk per kilogram of dry beans, depending on the solids content you target for the finished drink.
Lipoxygenase enzymes create the 'beany' flavour once beans are ground. Fast heating during or immediately after grinding, plus vacuum deodorisation, reduces those off-flavours.
