Overview
This small-scale line is designed for producing sweetened soy milk and peanut milk. Soybeans are soaked, ground and separated from okara, then the soy milk is cooked, blended with sugar or flavours, homogenised and heat-treated before filling. A compact layout suits smaller plants and new producers.
The line is built from SUS304 and SUS316 stainless steel and covers capacities of 1,000–8,000 L/H. Installed power is 15–200 kW, and the reference unit measures 4500 × 1900 × 2000 mm. Heating can be by steam or electricity, and control can be semi-automatic or fully automatic. Core components include a PLC, motors, pressure vessels and pumps. Voltage options are 220V, 380V or 415V, with a 1-year warranty.
