FAQ

Questions buyers ask first

More on ordering, installation and warranty in the full FAQ.

What does Shanghai Mars Industrial make?

We design and manufacture stainless-steel processing equipment and complete turnkey lines for dairy (milk, yogurt, UHT, cheese, butter), fruit and vegetables (tomato paste, juice, pulp), plant-based milk, and specialty foods, plus pasteurizers, evaporators, tanks and CIP systems.

Do you supply complete turnkey plants or single machines?

Both. We can deliver one machine, a process section such as pasteurisation and CIP, or a complete turnkey plant covering process design, manufacturing, installation, commissioning and operator training.

What capacities can you build?

Our lines range from pilot and mini plants of a few hundred litres per hour up to industrial plants processing hundreds of tonnes of raw material per day. Capacity is set by your daily volume and operating hours.

What certifications do your machines have?

Our equipment is supplied with CE marking and is manufactured under an ISO 9001 quality management system. Product-contact parts are made from SUS304 or SUS316L stainless steel.

Do you install equipment outside China?

Yes. Engineers can be sent to your site for installation, commissioning and training, and we also provide video technical support, online support and spare parts after the warranty period.
