Overview
A roller brush washer cleans fruit and vegetables before processing or packing. Produce is carried over a bed of rotating brush rollers while water sprays from above; the brushes scrub away soil and residues from the surface and the dirty water drains away below.
This machine is designed for fruit processing plants and also handles vegetables. It uses PLC control, with power listed at 5–50 kW on 220V or 380V, 50Hz. A reference unit measures 350 × 150 × 150 cm and weighs 600 kg. The warranty is one year, and a video outgoing inspection and machinery test report are provided.
