Overview
A hydraulic press extracts juice by applying steady pressure to crushed fruit or vegetables held in filter cloths or a press chamber. Because there is little heat or high-speed shear, cold pressing keeps more of the fresh flavour and colour, making it popular for mango, apple and premium juices.
This press is rated at 3 to 10 tonnes per hour and is built from SUS304 and SUS316L stainless steel. It runs under automatic control, with PLC, motor, gear and pump as core components.
