Overview
This automatic pasteurizer is designed for milk, dairy products, juice and beverages. A balance tank at the inlet keeps a steady product level and feed to the pump, so flow through the heat exchanger stays constant. The product is then heated, held at pasteurization temperature and cooled before filling or storage.
The unit is built from 304 stainless steel, with production capacities of 1,000 and 2,000 L/H and a range up to 20 T/H. Working temperatures are 95, 100 or 115°C, power is 10–60 kW, and voltage is 220V, 380V or 415V, with custom voltages available. Core components include a PLC, motor and gearbox. It is ISO 9001 and CE certified and carries a 2-year warranty.
