Overview
This fully automatic pasteurizer treats milk and other liquid foods. The product is heated with steam to an adjustable pasteurization temperature, held and then cooled with water before filling or storage. Touch screen control lets operators set and monitor temperatures throughout the cycle.
Product-contact parts are AISI304 or AISI316 stainless steel. Pasteurization temperature is adjustable from 65 to 99°C, and production capacities include 300, 1,000 and 5,000 L/H, with a range up to 10 T/H. Power is 15–50 kW and voltage is 220V, 380V or 415V. Core components include a PLC, pressure vessel and pump. The unit measures 2300 × 2000 × 1800 mm. It is ISO 9001 certified with a 2-year warranty.
