Overview
This continuous pasteurizer treats milk, fruit juice and beer in a steady flow. The product is heated with steam to the set temperature, held for the required time and then water-cooled. Continuous flow pasteurization gives consistent treatment and suits production lines that feed directly into filling.
The unit is built from 304 stainless steel and uses fully automatic temperature control. Standard production capacities are 500, 1,000 and 2,000 L/H, with configurations up to 10,000 L/H. Working temperatures are 95, 100 or 115°C. The reference unit measures 190 × 80 × 190 cm, weighs about 1,450 kg and is rated at 9 kW at 220V or 380V. It carries a 12-month warranty, with engineers available for overseas service.
