Overview
This automatic pasteurizer treats milk and fruit juice in continuous flow. The product is heated to the set temperature, held to reduce microbial load and then cooled before filling or further processing. It can be used alongside a homogenizing tank in a complete liquid processing line.
Product-contact parts are made of 304 or 316L stainless steel. Production capacities are 500, 1,000 and 2,000 L/H, and working temperatures are 95, 100 or 115°C. Power is 9–90 kW and voltage is 220V or 380V. Core components include a PLC, gearbox, motor, gear and pump. The reference unit measures 220 × 110 × 150 cm and weighs about 1,520 kg. A 12-month warranty applies, with online technical support afterwards.
