Overview
This complete line turns soybeans into finished soy milk. Beans are soaked and ground, the slurry is filtered to remove okara, and the soy milk is cooked, deodorised, homogenised and heat-treated. The line can equally be used for peanut milk.
The line is built from SUS304 and SUS316 stainless steel, with capacities of 1,000–8,000 L/H (1, 5 or 10 T/H). Core components include a PLC, motors, pressure vessels and pumps. Installed power is 80–380 kW, and voltage options are 220V, 380V or 415V. Heating can be by steam or electricity, with semi-automatic or fully automatic control. The reference unit measures 510 × 210 × 180 cm, and a 1-year warranty applies.
