Overview
This complete fruit juice line extracts, processes and bottles juice in PET bottles. Fruit is washed and fed to a fruit and vegetable juicer, and the juice is filtered, blended and heat-treated. At the packaging end, PET bottles are rinsed, filled and capped in one integrated block under PLC control.
The filling range is 200–2,000 mL per bottle, and capacity is customised. Control is by PLC with a touch screen, and construction is SUS316L/SUS304 stainless steel. Installed power is 20–110 kW with voltage options of 110 V, 220 V, 380 V or 440 V. The reference line measures 520 × 210 × 190 cm and weighs 2,530 kg. Certifications include ISO9001:2008, HACCP and GMP.

Questions about this line
What bottle sizes can the line fill?
The filling section handles PET bottles from 200 mL to 2,000 mL. Changeover parts allow different bottle sizes to run on the same rinsing, filling and capping block.
