Overview
This modular turnkey line produces UHT-treated fruit juice and carbonated beverages. Syrup or juice is mixed and blended, then either UHT-treated for a stable juice drink or cooled and carbonated with CO2 for soft drinks, before filling and capping. The modular design allows sections to be added or reconfigured as the product range grows.
The line runs under automatic control, with PLC, pressure vessels and pumps as core components. Installed power is listed at 150 kW on 380V, 50Hz. A reference unit measures 510 × 210 × 150 cm and weighs 2,510 kg. It is supplied as a whole-line turnkey project, with engineers available to service machinery overseas and a 12-month warranty.
