Overview
This complete juice plant processes apples and pears into natural juice. Fruit is washed, sorted and crushed, then pressed to extract juice. The juice is clarified and filtered, pasteurised or sterilised, and sent to filling. Concentration stages can be added where concentrated juice is required.
The plant is built from 304 stainless steel, with PLC, engine, pressure vessel and pump as core components. Capacity options are 5, 10 and 20 T/H, with installed power from 80 to 380 kW. The listed configuration measures 550 × 220 × 150 cm and weighs about 2,600 kg. It is shipped in wooden cases, with video outgoing inspection and a one-year warranty.
