Overview
This plant processes fresh tomatoes into concentrated puree and paste, as well as ketchup, pulp and sauce. Tomatoes are washed, sorted and crushed, given a hot or cold break, refined to remove skins and seeds, and concentrated in a forced circulation evaporator before sterilisation and filling.
The plant is built from SUS304 stainless steel under automatic control, with PLC, motor, pressure vessel and pump as core components. Processing capacity ranges from 1 to 20 T/H, with installed power from 80 to 380 kW on 220 V or 380 V. The listed configuration measures 530 × 220 × 230 cm and weighs about 3,580 kg. ISO and CE certified, with a 12-month warranty.
