Overview
This plant processes fresh tomatoes into concentrated paste, puree, ketchup, pulp and sauce. Tomatoes are washed, sorted and crushed, heated for hot or cold break, then refined to remove skins and seeds. The juice is concentrated in a forced circulation evaporator, sterilised and filled.
The plant is rated at 6 T/H, within an overall range of 1 to 20 T/H, and is built from SUS304 stainless steel under automatic control. It runs on 220 V or 380 V, measures 520 × 210 × 220 cm and weighs about 3,520 kg. Finished product can be packed in plastic bottles, sachets, tin cans or drums. ISO and CE certified, with a one-year warranty.
