Overview
This line processes tomatoes into paste, sauce and jam for retail sachets. Fresh tomatoes or bulk paste are prepared, refined and concentrated or blended with ingredients, then cooked, sterilised and filled into sachets on automatic packing machines. It suits producers supplying small-pack tomato products.
The line is built from 304 stainless steel, with PLC, motor, pressure vessel and pump as core components. Capacity options are 5, 10 and 50 T/H, with installed power from 80 to 380 kW.
