Overview
This industrial extractor is used in fruit processing plants to separate juice from oranges and other citrus. Fruit enters a high-speed chamber where a rotor presses it against a screen; juice passes through while peel, seeds and fibre are discharged separately, allowing continuous operation within a juice line.
The extractor is rated at 3 to 10 tonnes per hour at 2,800 r/min. Contact parts are SUS304 and SUS316L stainless steel, and the machine runs under automatic control, with PLC, motor, gear and pump as core components. Power is 10–50 kW on 220V, 380V or 415V. A reference unit measures 150 × 120 × 180 cm and weighs 620 kg. It is CE and ISO certified, with a one-year warranty.
