Overview
This pulper and juice extractor separates fruit juice and pulp from peel, seeds and coarse fibre. Crushed fruit is fed into a screened drum where rotating paddles or beaters force the pulp through the sieve while waste is discharged from the end, producing a smooth pulp or juice for further processing.
The machine is made from 304 stainless steel and powered by a 1.5 kW motor on 380V. It suits pineapple and a range of other fruits, with screen sizes chosen to the product.
