Overview
This automatic line converts milk into set or stirred yogurt. Milk is mixed with ingredients, heat treated to prepare it for fermentation, cooled to incubation temperature and inoculated with culture in fermentation tanks. After fermentation the yogurt is cooled and sent to filling.
Key machines include a food sterilizer, pasteurizer, mixer and other dairy processing equipment, all in SUS304 and SUS316L stainless steel. Capacity, dimensions and power are customised for each project, with one listing showing 220 kW of installed power. The line runs on 380V/50Hz and is offered with CE and ISO 9001 certification. Standard export packaging is used and shipment is from Shanghai.
