Overview
This complete processing plant combines the main dairy processes in one line. Raw milk is received, standardised, homogenised and heat treated; it can then go to UHT sterilisation for long-life milk, pasteurization for fresh milk, or fermentation for yogurt, before filling. Flavoured milk is produced by adding a mixing step.
Capacity options are 1, 5 and 10 tonnes per hour for cow milk, goat milk and yogurt. The equipment is made from SUS304 and SUS316L stainless steel under automatic PLC control, with motors, pressure vessels and pumps as core components. Installed power is 80–380 kW on 380V or 220V. A reference unit measures 520 × 200 × 200 cm and weighs 3,500 kg. Certifications are ISO 9001:2008, HACCP and GMP, with a 12-month warranty.
