Overview
This automatic line produces yogurt from cow, goat or camel milk. Milk is standardised, homogenised and heat treated, then cooled and fermented with cultures. The finished yogurt is cooled and filled into the chosen package, with shelf life set by the process and packaging.
The title rating is 1 T/H, and production capacity options are listed at 1,000, 5,000 and 10,000 L. Construction is SUS304 and SUS316L stainless steel under automatic PLC control, with motors, pressure vessels and pumps as core components. Installed power is 80–280 kW on 220V or 380V.
