Overview
This processing line receives raw cow milk and turns it into pasteurized fresh milk. In a typical layout the milk is filtered and standardised, homogenised, pasteurized to destroy pathogens, cooled quickly and held in tanks before filling. The same base equipment can be extended with fermentation and cooling for yogurt, or with sections for cheese and butter.
The line is rated at 2,000 litres per hour and is built from SUS304 and SUS316L stainless steel. It runs under automatic control, with PLC, gearbox, motor, gear and pump as core components. Installed power is listed at 80–180 kW on 220V or 380V, 50Hz. Certifications are ISO 9001:2008, HACCP and GMP, and the warranty is one year.
