Overview
This complete processing line turns raw cow or goat milk into set or stirred yogurt. Typical stages include milk reception and storage, standardisation and blending, homogenisation, pasteurisation, cooling to inoculation temperature, fermentation in jacketed tanks and final cooling before filling. Horizontal or vertical tanks are available to suit the plant layout.
The line is built from SUS304 stainless steel with PLC control, motors, pumps and pressure vessels as core components. It is offered at 1, 5 and 10 T/H, with tank volumes from 500 to 12,000 L and installed power from 80 to 380 kW. Supply voltage can be 110, 220 or 380 V, 3-phase 50 Hz. The equipment carries CE and ISO9001 approval and a one-year warranty.
