Overview
This plate type HTST (high temperature, short time) pasteurizer treats milk and dairy products in continuous flow. Milk is pre-heated in the regeneration section, heated to pasteurization temperature, held for a short time and then cooled. The HTST method preserves flavour while reducing microbial load.
The pasteurizer is built from 304 stainless steel and operates automatically under PLC control. Production capacities are 500, 1,000 and 5,000 L/H, with working temperatures of 95, 100 or 115°C. Power is 8–100 kW, and voltage can be 110V, 220V or 380V. Core components include a PLC, gearbox and pump. The reference unit measures 220 × 110 × 150 cm. It is ISO 9001 certified and carries a 1-year warranty.
