Overview
This turnkey plant covers the full soy milk process for industrial producers. Soybeans are soaked and ground, the slurry is separated from okara, and the soy milk is cooked, deodorised, homogenised and heat-treated before filling. The same equipment can also process peanut milk.
The plant is built from SUS304 and SUS316L stainless steel, with capacities from 1,000 to 8,000 L/H. Heating can be by steam or electricity, and control can be semi-automatic or fully automatic. Core components include a PLC, pressure vessels and pumps, and installed power is 80–380 kW at 220V, 380V or 480V. The plant is CE and ISO 9001 certified and carries a 1-year warranty.
