Overview
This medium-scale line produces and packages soy milk. Soybeans are soaked and ground, the slurry is cooked and the pulp separated, and the soy milk is homogenised and heat-treated before packing. The packaging section washes containers, fills them and applies caps automatically, supporting bottles, cans, bags and pouches.
The line is rated at 20,000 bottles per hour, with electric drive and automatic PLC control. Construction is SUS316L/SUS304 stainless steel, and it runs on 380 V, 50 Hz, with an overall size of 11600 × 2100 × 1900 mm. It is certified to ISO9001:2008, HACCP and GMP and has a one-year warranty. Supply ability is 100 sets per year.
