Overview
This fully automatic line processes apples into several products: apple vinegar, apple cider and apple puree. Fruit is washed and crushed, then routed either to pulping and refining for puree or to pressing for juice, which can be fermented into cider or further acetified into vinegar. The finished products are filled, with container washing, filling and capping integrated.
The filling section is rated at 1,000 or 20,000 BPH within an overall 2,000–40,000 BPH range. Construction is SUS316L/SUS304 with electric drive and PLC control, running on 380 V, 50 Hz. The line is certified to ISO9001:2008, HACCP and GMP and has a one-year warranty. It ships with wooden packaging, frames and PE film wrap.
