Overview
This milk cooling plant combines an insulated stainless steel tank with a refrigeration and chiller unit to cool milk received from farms or delivered by tanker. Rapid cooling after milking slows bacterial growth and preserves milk quality until it is collected or processed, while an agitator keeps the milk uniformly mixed during chilling.
Tanks are built in SUS304 or SUS316L and range from 500 L to 8,000 L. The refrigeration system uses an imported-brand compressor rated at 8,550 W, with a 4.4 kW rated power and an agitator speed of 36 rpm. Core components include a PLC, motor, pump and pressure vessel. The unit is covered by a one-year warranty.
