Overview
This production line concentrates fresh tomato juice into paste for ketchup and sauce production. After washing, crushing and pulping, the juice is concentrated in a forced circulation evaporator, where a pump keeps product moving at high velocity through the heating tubes. This limits fouling with viscous products such as tomato paste.
Product-contact parts are made of SUS304 or SUS316L stainless steel, and the line can be supplied with automatic or semi-automatic control. Core components include a PLC, motors, pressure vessels and pumps, and installed power is 80–380 kW. The reference unit measures 510 × 210 × 220 cm and weighs about 2,550 kg. The line carries a 12-month warranty and ships in a wooden case.

Questions about this line
Why does this line use a forced circulation evaporator?
Tomato paste becomes very viscous as it concentrates. A forced circulation evaporator pumps the product through the heating tubes at high velocity, which keeps heat transfer stable and reduces fouling compared with natural circulation designs.
Can we choose the level of automation?
Yes. The line can be supplied with automatic control or as a semi-automatic system. Both are based on PLC control, and the choice depends on your budget, labour availability and the level of process monitoring you need.
