Overview
This turnkey line processes fresh oranges into juice concentrate. Fruit is washed, sorted and extracted, and the juice is finished to remove excess pulp and seeds. It is then heat treated and concentrated in an evaporator to remove water, cooled and filled, often aseptically, for storage or reconstitution.
Capacity is customised to each client. The reference line has 180 kW of installed power on 380V, 50Hz, measures 11800 × 2100 × 2050 mm and weighs 5,500 kg. It is built from SUS304 and SUS316 stainless steel and runs fully automatically, with motors, pumps, PLC and pressure vessels as core components. The company holds ISO 9001:2008, HACCP and GMP certification, and the warranty is 12 months.
