Overview
This oil extractor presses edible oil from oilseeds. Prepared seeds are fed into a screw press where rising pressure and friction squeeze the oil out of the seed, while the remaining press cake is discharged separately. The crude oil can then be filtered for use or further refining.
The machine handles sunflower, sesame and tea seed oil. Production capacity is listed at 60–80 kg/h, or 1.4–2 tonnes per day, with a maximum capacity of 800 kg/h. It is automatic, with SUS304 and SUS316L stainless steel materials and 220V or 380V supply. The unit measures 120 × 40 × 90 cm and weighs 310 kg. Packaging is wooden with PE film wrapping, and the warranty is one year.
