Overview
A belt press squeezes juice from crushed fruit by sandwiching the mash between filter belts that pass around a series of rollers. As the rollers press the belts together, juice drains through the belt while the pomace is discharged at the end, giving continuous extraction with a high yield.
This belt squeezer is designed for fresh apple and pineapple. Production capacity options are 5 and 10 T/H, with a capacity range of 1 to 20 T/H. It is built from 304 stainless steel, with PLC, motor and gear as core components, and power from 0.75 to 20 kW. A reference unit measures 300 × 150 × 180 cm and weighs 2,500 kg. It is fully automatic, CE and ISO 9001 certified, and carries a 2-year warranty.
