Overview
This belt squeezer extracts juice and liquid from crushed pineapple, coconut and other materials. The mash is spread between filter belts and pressed progressively by rollers, so liquid drains continuously while the pressed solids are discharged, suiting high-volume juice and extraction lines.
Production capacity options are 5, 10 and 50 tonnes per hour. The machine is built from SUS304 and SUS316L stainless steel and runs under automatic control, with PLC, motor, pump and engine among the core components. Power ranges from 6 to 60 kW. A reference unit measures 350 × 220 × 220 cm and weighs 2,550 kg. The listed warranty is more than 5 years, and a video inspection and test report are provided.
