Overview
A half-cut juicer slices each orange in two and presses or reams the halves to extract the juice, keeping most of the peel oil out of the product. This gives a juice with a fresh-squeezed character and is widely used for citrus in juice plants.
The machine is rated at 3 to 10 tonnes per hour and is built from SUS304 and SUS316L stainless steel. It runs automatically, with PLC, motor, gear and pump as core components, and power is 10–50 kW on 220V, 380V or 415V. A reference unit measures 2200 × 2250 × 2800 mm and weighs 880 kg. It is CE and ISO certified, and an overseas service centre is available.
