Overview
This compact turnkey plant suits small dairies and farms that want to process their own milk. A typical setup pasteurizes milk for direct sale and adds fermentation for yogurt, vats for cheese and a churn for butter, so a small operation can offer several dairy products from one installation.
Heating is electric, which avoids the need for a separate steam boiler. The plant is built from SUS304 and SUS316L stainless steel and runs under automatic control, with PLC, motors, pressure vessels and pumps as core components.
