Overview
This multi-functional line processes cow milk and goat milk into products such as pasteurized milk and yogurt. A typical line includes milk reception, filtration, standardising, homogenising, heat treatment and cooling. Fermentation tanks can be added for yogurt production.
The line is built from 304 stainless steel and uses steam heating with water cooling. Production capacities are 1, 5 and 10 T/H. Core components include a PLC, motors, pressure vessels and pumps, and installed power is 80–380 kW at 220V or 380V. Control is semi-automatic. The reference unit measures 510 × 180 × 180 cm and weighs about 3,600 kg. It carries a 1-year warranty, and engineers are available for overseas service.
