Overview

This complete processing line turns fresh liquid milk into yogurt and flavoured milk drinks, and is supplied with a fully automatic CIP (clean-in-place) system. A typical yogurt line receives and standardises milk, heats and homogenises it, cools it to incubation temperature and ferments it in tanks before cooling and filling. The CIP station circulates detergent, acid and rinse water through tanks and pipework so the plant can be cleaned without dismantling.

Lines are configured for 1,000, 2,000 or 5,000 L/H. Equipment is made of SUS304/316L stainless steel with PLC control, motors, pumps and pressure vessels as core components. Installed power ranges from 80 to 380 kW depending on configuration. The line carries CE and ISO9001 certification and a one-year warranty.
